Please note if you have been before you can get a "loyalty" discount of $10. If you bring a new friend, you can get another $10 discount. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities and either sex!

  • coordinate a springy and dynamic walk
  • align your posture into safe weight-bearing uprightness
  • develop your skill restoring equilibrium
